Myth number one, in regards to fitness strength training, is that three times per week on cardio machines will help you lose weight, build muscle or alike. Instead, this process lessens your muscle tone, trips up your metabolism and causes your body to sacredly guard that thing called fat. Another misconception is that free weights are for men and that women who lift them are bulky or manly in appearance. A third misconception is that alternating your cardio routine will increase your results.
There are a host more and while I didn’t know them I sure experienced them. Take a look around you the next time you’re at the gym and find the people who have the body you want. Even men who have cut abs and defined muscle groups count – they have something you may want by way of appearance but not so much intensity. Now look at what they are doing for a fitness strength training program. Are they on spin-boards or balance boards? I think not, they are using MAX Workout techniques, whether or not they know it. This is the way to go and the routine to follow; you only tweak it to meet your body and ability and if you do it is absolutely no fail.

To be fair and honest and accurate, we must agree that there are substantial differences between men and women. Taking it a step further, we can agree these differences transcend into strength training workouts. The problem, or where we may begin to disagree, is that the differences when it comes to working out aren’t as great as women believe. This is one reason, if not the only reason, women keep working out without seeing results.
It isn’t our fault; as women we are marketed to, sold programs, products, equipment, videos and personal training sessions – all geared for women. Strength training workouts that work, take into account gender differences, but apply the same principals that work. These people aren’t as famous as big gyms and weight loss programs, because when people use their program, they see results and these results stay, so repeat and ongoing money isn’t involved. Shin Ohtake is the trainer whose program I believe best fits women’s physical needs and I hope you find one you rely on too. No matter who you go with, or what program you use, you must ensure you’re using one based on science and not marketing tactics or false promises. Good luck.

It doesn’t matter what combination of classes, machines and exercise you compile into your current strength training workout, because all of them will stop working at one point, and usually sooner than later. This is why, if you’re like me and the thousands of others, you’ve not gotten the results you wanted no matter how hard you tried. As a human being, I only try so long before I give up. As human beings we also do well when motivated and I don’t know a better motivator than seeing results, as in I want to not only feel better, but I want to look better also.
Since this is a complex topic I’ll simply tell you I use only Max Workouts now, and that’s thanks to Shin Ohtake. His program is that which doesn’t market to women. Instead, it applies the principles of strength training workouts men have used forever and shows you how to use them as a woman, which isn’t as different as you think. You don’t bulk up like a man (you don’t have enough testosterone too anyway), so have no worries about that. The only worry you should have is of wasting time and energy working out in a way that won’t work for very long.

If you are anything like me, or many of the women I know, then you’re sick and tired of working out and not getting the results you wanted. In my case, I didn’t get the results I was told I would get if I stuck to my trainers program; specifically strength training for women. I did what I was supposed to and I worked my tail off. I was tired, sore and a touch stronger but I looked the same and I wasn’t happy. I figured I was doing something wrong.
Since I blamed myself, another wonderful trait shared amongst some women, I started picking apart every strength training for women program I came across. When I read about Shin Ohtake, I quickly researched MaxWorkouts and I felt like finally someone had a program that would work. I had to laugh when he talked about pink dumbbells and some of the other things women are using to get in shape. Forget looking online and save your money instead of wasting it at the gym and instead learn how muscle is really built and why women can weight lift like men without bulking and getting those cut abs which seem so elusive.

There are some pieces of exercise equipment that don’t have to be changed. Those who have been doing dumbbell workouts will know dumbbells are convenient and cost effective to use. All that may need to change is the intensity of your workout and your periods of rest. A good way to deal with this part of your training program is to use a method that is short and intense. This is certainly helpful if you get bored very quickly. It’s a lot easier to deal with a workout that doesn’t drag on and on. This is often why people simply avoid a particular workout.

Women are special and therefore workouts for women have to be fine tuned. Women can’t do exactly the same workouts as men. All you have to do is look at the different physiques of men and women. Men usually do want more muscle than women. It is also important for women to keep and improve their muscle tone without bulking up too much. As a woman matures, her muscles will shrink if she doesn’t exercise on a regular basis. The great thing is that once a woman is fit and toned all she has to do is maintain that level of physical condition.

Every once in awhile you find some advice that really does makes a noticeable difference. It’s getting harder and harder to find information that’s relevant to physical exercise. So much has been said and written about this particular subject that it’s hard to tell fact from fiction. Even the most outlandish concepts are handed to us in a way that is believable. The problems show when we actually start using the advice. Either it simply has no effect or it has a bad effect on our health. It just doesn’t seem fair to have to pay for bad advice or inaccurate information.
This is the reason why Shin Ohtake decided to pet together a program that is affordable. He realized the only way to do this was by offering you a download. Workout programs in this form are a lot more affordable. This means a lot more people get the chance to use the advice directly from an expert. Don’t be left out in the cold when it comes to the latest way to get fit and lose fat. All that is required is for you to download, workout and feel good. Of course, a byproduct of this workout is you also look great.
