Planning to do abs sculpting? Not too long ago, I was like you. I was overweight, sedentary, and unhealthy. I was lazy, too. I ate fast food and played games all day long. The only exercise I did was make trips to the john which, by the way, was only a few feet from where I sat, hogging the coach. But I was in such bad shape those trips felt like exercise – a whole lot of exercise.
How did I get started with abs sculpting? I blame (or more appropriately, thank) becoming a part of Naval Reserve, getting hold of Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs, and being dateless on Saturday nights. All three formed a potent mix of motivation that no
stocky teenager without a girlfriend could resist. I eventually realized I needed to eat better and exercise.
This story has a good ending, might you. In time, I got the midsection I want. Even better, I felt better and don’t look my age at all. Heck, I look younger than my brother who’s 8 years my junior! Why not take the route I did? I ate and moved my way to better health. So can you. Don’t just do abs sculpting; gun for healthy living!
