weight loss is a huge industry these days and the reason for this is that there is huge demand, but as with most things to do with human nature we seem as a race to always want the easiest route to our desired goal , sometimes this desire has taken us to many great achievements and feats however in some areas of our life it tends to lead to frustration and a ground hog day scenario, were we seem to be in some never ending loop, many weight loss diets and regimes delivery this frustration they play on peoples desire for quick results be it fad diets or pills, they say little about the commitment levels of the individual concerned, it seems to be about quick fix.
