Fitness Strength Training: Misconceptions Holding You Back

General Add comments

Myth number one, in regards to fitness strength training, is that three times per week on cardio machines will help you lose weight, build muscle or alike.  Instead, this process lessens your muscle tone, trips up your metabolism and causes your body to sacredly guard that thing called fat.  Another misconception is that free weights are for men and that women who lift them are bulky or manly in appearance.  A third misconception is that alternating your cardio routine will increase your results.

There are a host more and while I didn’t know them I sure experienced them.  Take a look around you the next time you’re at the gym and find the people who have the body you want.  Even men who have cut abs and defined muscle groups count – they have something you may want by way of appearance but not so much intensity.  Now look at what they are doing for a fitness strength training program.  Are they on spin-boards or balance boards? I think not, they are using MAX Workout techniques, whether or not they know it.  This is the way to go and the routine to follow; you only tweak it to meet your body and ability and if you do it is absolutely no fail.
