How The Master Cleanse Can Balance Body Chemistry

General Add comments

The fact that Master Cleanse has the ability to balance body chemistry has been proven countless times over the last sixty years. Eliminating processed foods, as well as fast foods from the diet and drinking filtered water along with the natural lemonade, allows the cells in the body to metabolize in a natural way. The cells in the body reproduce every three days and are affected by the food or energy we put into our internal system. The cells in the organs will automatically begin to reproduce healthier new cells when the free radicals that inhibit their growth are removed. Master Cleanse is the catalyst that helps remove those free radicals.

Master Cleanse has been around since the 1940s. The plan was developed by Stanley Burroughs, who wanted to cure stomach ulcers, which are caused by a chemical imbalance. Stanley did a considerable amount of research and created a lemonade consisting of fresh lemons, grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper and filtered water, along with a salt water flush and called it the Master Cleanse. The ingredients are a 1,000 calorie nutritional blend, which supports organ functions and allows the body’s natural metabolism to go to work and balance itself. The salt water flushes the waste from the system and the body rejuvenates itself naturally. Master Cleanse was designed to assist the body repair itself.

The original Master Cleanse called for 7 to 10 days of drinking nothing but the lemonade, filtered water and the salt water flush. Since its inception the plan has been altered to include an herbal laxative tea instead of the salt water flush, because the salt water is difficult to drink in the quantities specified. The first three days of the plan are the most difficult because the body is releasing the toxins and the cells are reproducing in a different manner. After the third day, the organs begin to adjust and the body begins to burn the fat stored in cells throughout the body and there is a one to two pound a day weight loss associated with the cleansing. That’s why the plan is also called the Lemonade Diet.
