Lean-Sized Not Super-Sized with Weight Gain Diets

General Add comments

Trying to get bigger? Don’t put on the pounds with fries and big Macs. Rather, look for weight gain diets.

There are many weight gain diets around and none of them are built on foods like chicken nuggets, fish sticks, donuts, and fries. They emphasize healthier alternatives instead. Think baked chicken, potatoes, and fish. Think milk, green tea, and fruit juices.

Weight gain diets are based on the idea that if you have to watch what you eat to lose weight, you also have to do the same to gain weight. Weight gain diets should include protein, carbs, and healthy fats. Below are some of the foods to include in your weight gain diets.

Breakfast: Milk, banana, whole-grain toast, granola, fruits

Lunch: Whole-grain bread, green vegetables, whole wheat pudding, black-eyed beans

Snacks:
fruit, yogurt, milk, salad, cheese

Dinner: Fish, vegetable soup, fruit, pasta

Plan your weight gain diets carefully. Stay away from fast food, high sugar, and bad calories. Remember, though, that weight gain diets always go hand in hand with regular exercise. Good eating habits alone is not enough. To gain lean mass, exercise. Exercise will keep your metabolism high and at the same time, build muscle mass.
